Bowl Kebab


– 2 Medium Size Onion
– Boneless Lamb Shoulder Or Shank
– 2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
– 1 1/2 Cup Water /hot
– 2 Teaspoon Salt
– 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
– 6 Medium Size Potato


Cut meat into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes. Combine with chopped onions. Cover and saute over low heat for 40 minutes stirring occasionally, Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; stir. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Pare and cut potatoes into 1 1/2 cm (2/3 inch) cubes. Add to meat; mixing gently. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
